Cancellation policy
Our policy is strict because a last-minute cancellation leaves us little time to rebook the chalet. We keep the 30% deposit for any last minute or unjustified cancellations.
We refund the deposit, if the cancellation is made 30 days before the date of the stay.
You can also leave your deposit for a later booking.
We have no administration fees.
