Our policy is strict, as a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-rent the chalet.

1) We refund your deposit for a cancellation made 30 days or more before the date of the stay. You can also leave your deposit for a future reservation.

2) A cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled date of your stay is possible, but we will retain 30% of the amount of your reservation, which is the amount of your deposit.

3) Less than 14 days before the start date of the stay, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund for a reservation, regardless of the weather forecast. The total amount of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used at the time of the initial booking.

Bad weather conditions do not prevent you from enjoying your stay; it just requires a bit more planning.

We have no administration fees.
